We not only wanted to grab your attention, but we want to de-bunk any myths or pre concieved notions people have about a plant based diet. Not to mention, eating one meal a day would come as a shock to many.
In the recent past, people have been relying on animal products to get through life on a daily basis. Most of which is consumed via the average American diet. Many people have been led to believe this is a healthy lifestyle, and although factual statistics prove otherwise...that is a conversation for another day, and another blog! :) That being said, change is necessary for human kind to continue to live.
