The Body Karma Juice cleanse from start to finish. I will be conducting a daily diary that will contain a detailed description of my experience during the Body Karma Juice Cleanse. This is an exclusive sneak peek into my life while using Body Karmas products and seeing how the process of juicing can be beneficial in more ways than one. I am confident that I will be successful during this cleanse and I am excited to see the positive effects that this cleanse will display both physically and mentally. I have strong faith in this cleanse after completing a two-day test run. I honestly am so excited to see how this cleanse will help myself as well as others. My new and improved lifestyle is what I will be sharing on a daily basis describing my experiences as I continue on my juice cleanse journey. I will make sure to keep you all updated as I write up my diaries that will explain in depth how my body has or will react to the cleanse within each week of the cleanse from start to finish. Lastly, I want to note that as I have started the Body Karma cleanse I have also been slowly working myself back into the gym. I will be monitoring how I feel on a regular basis as I continue my workout regiment and cleanse. I have nothing but positive vibes motivation and cold pressed juices to get me through the day and when that isn’t enough I always can rely on my Karmasutra Reincarnation Body Scrub to keep me calm, cool and collected while maintaining my silky smooth skin.
